Jennifer is incredible, she sold our home in Boise in the middle of winter. As two people who have bought and sold a few houses her patience with us was nothing short of AMAZING! And when we found a house we wanted that wasn't even on the market those same attributes carried on. It was a very technical process with the home not being on the market and the property being held in an out-of-state conservatorship. Once again at every pause in the process, she remained calm and most importantly kept us calm. In the end, we have our retirement home right where we wanted to be, and looking back at everything that could have happened the process was quite smooth. (Yeah, I am that guy). Jen really is prompt, and On Time! Meaning, she replies or is available for questions and comments/feedback within moments. Her command of communications, through text, call, and email across time zones and over a period of four months. Jennifer's patience and care for my family's questions, preferences, and her flexibility are superb. If you don't get to work with Jennifer Louis your experience will most likely be substandard and I pity your existence. It's about the little things, and she is solid through-and through!
