After the unexpected loss of our father this past November, we were faced with selling our childhood home. Jen was kind, empathetic, patient, honest, and professional while guiding us through all our options related to the property. E.g., Renting, flipping, selling as-is, etc. In fact, during our initial meeting Jen had already prepared market comps for all the potential scenarios and offered her professional and personal advice based on our goals.
