We must have been kind of 'picky' client for Jennifer because we wanted our first home to be located in a specific, narrow area while it was not easy even to find homes for sale in there. Also, under my personal circumstances, we needed a special care regarding our loan application, which means we must have had hard time to find a right loan office to work with. Given these conditions, Jennifer understood our special needs and conditions at the very first meeting, referred us to the right loan office, and acted promptly to find us the right home and also advised us to approach a potential seller in a very appropriate manner. Because we, I and my whole family, have been in this area only for 5 years and don't have enough knowledge let alone any experience, without Jennifer, we couldn't even dream to move in our new home within a couple of months.
