Jennifer Kvistad was incredibly professional both in manner and in dress at each meeting. She was knowledgeable about each property and always made sure all questions were answered. We had a rather unusual bidding process on one property. I thought her evaluation of the situation was on point. I was prepared to go in a different direction if needed instead of conceding to “lay all my cards on the table.” I am very satisfied with the second deal that we made on a second property which was a great investment and a great deal at the time . The property I ended up purchasing wasn’t even on my radar, Jennifer had brought several recommendations to the table, this property being one of them. Jennifer showed up for closing and even brought a gift that was very much appreciated but not expected.
