My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Jennifer. We were relocating from Littleton to Fort. Collins. We looked at several houses in Fort Collins but were outbid every time. She didn't give up and showed us a area where they were building new homes and the same price as we were looking at and we wouldn't have to fight for it. It was in Windsor, which is only a few minutes from Fort Collins. We are so happy in our new house. She also was very helpful in negotiations, we had some problems with our lender and the last minute and got that fixed at the closing table.
