Jennifer is very knowledgeable regarding real estate in Fort Collins, CO and northern Colorado also. She communicated with us weekly, at least and kept us informed about the current market conditions. She placed ads in out of town markets and advised us on how to make our listing more attractive. She staged the listing and arranged for periodic cleanings also. Her administrative assistants were very helpful also in setting up the listing, explaining documents, informing us of showings and assisting us during the closing process.
We were helped with the pricing based on the neighborhood, and the market. Jennifer had great connections for last minute repairs, and staging. We appreciated the time and energy spent on my mother's home.
