I engaged Jenn to sell a house that was in poor shape. She worked tirelessly, making many trips to the house, consulting with contractors to understand options for doing work, courting sellers who planned to renovate (both with FHA loans and paying cash), and ultimately presenting me with multiple offers. When an inspection turned up some issues, she obtained alternative opinions to have a basis to negotiate with the buyer. Throughout the process, she always responded timely by email or text, at all hours, and gave helpful advice at every stage of the negotiation process. Jenn takes her work seriously and you will be in good hands with her.
Jenn helped me purchase a mobile home. Her knowledge of the market was extremely helpful. She remained positive even when I was ready to give up. There were some challenges to overcome, but she guided me every step of the way. Would recommend her to anyone.

Jenn made finding our home so easy. With the market as fast and furious as it is, she took her time to make sure we found the perfect place to call home. She listened to all the questions we had and reassured us on our concerns. I doubt I will buy another home because the one she helped us find is perfect but if we do I will be using her again.

Jenn Jutras of LAER Realty Partners/Beauchemin & Assoc is absolutely fabulous. We met her when she was showing us a property as a seller’s agent and she was so helpful we decided to use her as our buyer’s agent too. Buying and selling a home is stressful as is, but we are moving to NH from CA, and that adds a complexity that is tenfold more stressful. Since we are not local, Jenn has become an extension of myself and is so detailed and thorough that I absolutely love working with her. Not only is she very patient with my million questions, but she always seems to be one step ahead of me. She quickly came to understand my needs, tastes and wants, and she anticipates all my questions and concerns before I even ask. My husband is from NH and understands things unique to the east, but I am a CA native and Jenn has been indespensible on her knowledge of septic, leach fields, basements, sump pumps, freezing temperatures, internet in rural areas, radon, lead paint, sanding driveways, NH building code, you name it. We found a lovely house in one long weekend and she worked tirelessly to get everything ready for us to sign before we left NH. She is working on our behalf while we are three thousand miles away and has even scheduled and attended inspections for us. She even FaceTimes with us when we want to see something “in person”. We just can’t say enough wonderful things about her!
I can't imagine a better experience and relationship with an agent. My fiance' is prone to raw anxiety when it comes to making important decisions and Jen made it so stress-free and easy throughout the entire process. Just an excellent experience overall. Five stars just doesn't tell the whole story honestly.
