She did her research on the property, reviewed all the documentation associated with the land and provided outstanding guidance on pricing and sales strategy. Once a final listing price was established, a buyer indicated strong interest and wthin two weeks we had a sales agreement in hand. It took less than two months from our initial conversations with Jenn until a successful closing on the sale. Jenn is just flat out EXCELLENT. A great communicator and a caring realtor who always keeps he clients up to date and informed. We now consider her not as an outstanding realtor but as a good friend. P.S.
