Jennifer worked with us when we were relocating to the Grand Rapids area for over a year. When we did not have any luck getting into a home as soon as we wanted because of the market and availability, she helped us to look for rentals as well. At no point during the process did we feel rushed or pressured, nor did she push any listings on us. She was always quick to get us into homes we wanted to look at and was knowledgeable about the area, schools, and individual homes of interest. She always responded to calls and texts promptly and got us into the house and neighborhood we wanted. She followed through on all requests and went above and beyond giving us any city or township information that we were wondering about.
