Brian was an absolute pleasure to work with. We used Brian to help sell our house as well as buy a new house. In this crazy market, buying was no easy task and we couldn’t have done it without Brian. After getting beat out on 4 houses with very good offers, we finally got an offer accepted on our dream house. Brian made sure we did not get discouraged after we lost on the first few houses that we offered on and kept telling us we would find the perfect house and he was right! During showings you could tell that he really cared about finding a house we loved and didn’t try to talk us into buying a house that we weren’t absolutely in love with. On the selling side of things, he told us everything that we should do to our house to make sure we got top dollar for it. We ended up getting $45K over asking price and we couldn’t have been happier about it! There is no doubt in my mind that we wouldn’t have gotten near as much as we did if we hadn’t gone with Brian.
