She was very helpful and patient with me. We looked at several places and she didnt rush us. I would call her all the time for questions and she was always their to answer questions and if she didnt have the answer for some of my crazy questions she would find the answer and call me back. I would go through her if I was to buy another home. She was very professional and kind.
Repeat business should speak for itself! I've had the pleasure of working with Jenn twice as a buyer over the last few years. The most recent purchase I made was a bit drawn out (no fault of hers, there was just a lot of back and forth with the listing agent) but she was on top of everything, came to the table with solutions, and worked hard to keep things moving. Jenn's very knowledgeable but doesn't hesitate to let you know if she has to find something out, then she actually follows up with answers rather than making something up on the spot. I felt in-the-know and like I was being taken care of throughout the whole process . Buying in this market was stressful and I had a LOT of questions, Jenn always made me feel like she had time for me and valued me. Given the chance to buy or sell again, she would be my first call!
