Jennifer was always available for questions and always provided multiple options. She went beyond her duties by taking time of her day to help me with the inspection process when I could not be there for the whole time and was even present during the loan signing, ensuring everything went smoothly. This process is terrifying for a first-time home buyer, but having Jennifer there made it less scary. Jennifer is excellent at her job and passionate about providing outstanding client service. Jennifer is amazing! She came to my husband and I with this house knowing it would be a good fit and opportunity for us. As first time home buyers, we had no idea what to expect or where to begin with the process. She was with us every step of the way and was very quick to answer all of our questions. She took time out of her day to give us a tour of the house on a last minute request and connected us with all the parties necessary to start the process. I never had to wonder if she would pick up the phone or answer a text because she always would and double checked that we understood every document that was sent to us. She went above and beyond and even offered to be part of the official home loan signing so she could explain anything we were doubtful about. Even the notary mentioned it is rare for real estate agents to be present for that, but it shows how much Jennifer cares for her clients. Her negotiation skills were great, she advised us on what would be appropriate and pushed to get us the best deal possible. She was able to get us our house below listing price and with a good part of our closing costs covered, and negotiated to get our appliances included as well! Overall, it is clear that Jennifer enjoys her job and wants the best for her clients. She will never leave a question unanswered and will prioritize her clients and never leave them in the dark. She is very approachable and kind, I could not recommend her enough to anyone else looking for a real estate agent!

I was introduced to her by a mutual acquaintance that had raved about her service skills so I gave her a call. Jennifer was very open and honest about the home buying process. Her transparency and communication skills made me feel that my concerns were heard, understood, and addressed. After talking to Jen, I realized that it was more than possible to buy a home, especially with the low interest rates (5.3% locked). She was always on top of everything and never neglected my calls. Houses in the current market didn't last long and she made sure to keep me in the loop for any house that met my criteria.Once we found a house I wanted to purchase, Jen and her team worked hard to submit an offer. She recommended placing an offer under listing price which I was surprised with. I knew many houses were going above listing, sometimes $100 K over but she said her research said going under was the best option. I ended up paying $10K under listing in this crazy seller's market.Once the offer was accepted, her team made the escrow process a breeze. They walked me through everything and made sure everything was taken care of. I can not say the same for the seller's real estate team, as they made many mistakes in the contract and had to do multiple revisions.
