Having moved 58 times, I have had a lot of experience with agents, in the US and abroad. I'm not a frequent review writer but JENNIFER HENDERSON deserves a ROARING SHOUT OUT! Having gone online and "liked" several properties on all the basic sites, we suddenly became inundated with what seemed like an infinite number of agents wanting a piece of us. Only one stood out as truly wanting to help us from her heart: JENNIFER! We were in London at the time and needed to arrange a zoom call to discuss our needs and plan of action. I actually recall one email begging her "don't lose us!" in the sea of agents bombarding us...we agreed to connect on social media just in case. The plan: my partner would stay in London (in lockdown) while I came over two weeks in advance to get my car in Dallas and drive to Phoenix to start looking. My partner, a Brit, could not travel legally unless he had a work reason to board the plane. Jennifer wrote a letter that he could present in order to get him over here to help me look. A perfect plan but then the GREAT Dallas snowstorm hit, diverting me to Phoenix two weeks earlier than expected but Jennifer miraculously made our agenda move forward in less than 24 hours...and in this market, it meant starting our search all over again since listings don't last long here! Jennifer took ALL of our needs on board: get an unfurnished home so we can base ourselves in the area while scoping out where we want to build or buy. In two VERY LONG days of viewing and being driven all around the greater Phoenix area looking and learning about issues like flooding, developing areas and zoning, I feel like I had a crash course in desert living. Jennifer helped us secure an unfurnished home by day 2. Thanks to the US blocking all UK travelers from entering the country, we are now waiting on my partner to be allowed to come over so we can start phase two of our plan...building or buying! Jennifer is AWESOME, professional and so much FUN!
