I was in need of a house rather quickly, however I still had my requirements of style, size, price, updated, and location. She was paitent with me because I wasn't sure if I wanted a larger condo or a house. She kept listening, narrowed down my search and found me a house literally within a week or two of my intial inquiry. She handled all the negotiations, made sure I had the guarantee's needed, handled the finding me the inspectors, testers etc., making sure I was getting the house in soild condition & up to code. Trust me I pushed her, I'm sure to her limits at times, but she always had a smile on her face and just kept working. At the end of the day a true professional.

Jen was great to work with! The first house we had an offer and did not have a good inspection. She had recommended the inspector company who did a very thorough review. She offered suggestions on options. She was always available and timely with information. With the house we ended up purchasing, she went there several times with us for various reasons right up to closing.Always easy to work with and helpful. If you don’t think real estate agents work hard for what they earn, she will prove you wrong.

Jennifer was so fun to work with. Super knowledgeable. Got back to me so quickly and made the process for me so easy. She recommended such great people to do my inspection and handle my mortgage. I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience.
