We chose Jen after doing extensive research of agents with track records of actually selling comparable houses and interviewing several. What stood out to us was her insight, practicality, and hustle. She also had a pricing model that was straightforward and in line with the market, not including a bunch of random add-ons for additional value added services like some competitors.
