Jen was great to work with and was very knowledgeable about the area. She guided me through the home selling process from beginning to end. I was out of the area many times and she went above and beyond in helping me with my home while I was away. The housing market was not good for sellers in my neighborhood, especially as we completed against cheap new builds, but we talked through tough conversations and eventually executed the deal. We mostly agreed on decision that head to be made and she was a great team player.
During our first meeting Jen provided us with a very detailed packet that included all the details of the market to include interest rate, home sales, current market value of homes in our area which were for sale and time homes have been on the market. The packet was a huge factor as it answered all of our questions and concerns. Her communication was outstanding even with a busy schedule she answered our text or calls. I really appreciated the detailed emails we received several times a week to include a mailing to all surrounding communities on a post card of our home for sale.
