Jen did an excellent job selling my house - start to finish. This is the second house she sold for me. I never considered any one else. She's really tuned into the local market, and is knowledgeable of real estate laws and requirements. She is responsive, thorough and a pleasure to work with. Should the need arise, I'd definitely use her again.

I cold called Jen about 8pm on a Sunday night and asked her if I could see a house she had listed in Oriental. She agreed, and we met the next morning at the property. She was really nice and kind. I was wearing a tee shirt & shorts and she did not openly judged me. I really did not like the house. Jen had her friend up us up on a golf cart and took me around to several other properties. About 4 days later I found several more properties, that I wanted to see and she was happy to met me even though she had to take a ferry to the location. Then she had to do it all over again the next week so my wife could see the houses. Well to make a long story short. We put an offer in and it was accepted. After several inspections we renegotiated the final price, and again it was accepted. Jen gave us good advice and walked us though the process. We went from a Sunday night phone call to closing very quicklyin just 5 weeks. Jen did not allow an of the inspectors to let grass grow under their feet. This kinda hustle and will get it done attitude is exactly what makes her an awesome realtor.

Extremely professional and experienced, handled multiple issues and went over and beyond in assisting me with the closing process, inspections, providing feedback daily and as a retired agent, she is the best realtor I have ever worked with! Highly recommend her! She grew up here and can answer any questions you may have about Carteret County and help you find your happy place! She helped me find mine!
