Jennifer helped the reviewer buy this property

Jennifer Harris is one of the best realtors I've ever worked with!

I was looking to return to my hometown upon retiring from federal service. This after being in the Mountain West for the last 30 years. I knew the geography but I wasn't familiar with the 2023 version of the Space Coast. That's where Jennifer stepped in. Her presence in Brevard county and her experience across multiple domains (single-family, condos, etc.) provided great insight in determining whether to buy existing and remodel, or buy new construction and make it my own. Her market knowledge made all the difference in my ability to analyze cost, comparables and character (home, neighborhood, region). Jennifer went well beyond expectations with regards to communication. I was 2400 miles away and while I was fortunate enough to make several trips throughout the 2023 calendar year, Jennifer was my voice and the face of my efforts to secure a newly constructed home in my old neighborhood. She acted as my liaison with the utmost in class and professionalism. She made it a point to work through issues that arose, communicate with me regularly, acted as my point with the builder, the development company, vendors, title, etc. Jennifer is an experienced agent that is more than professional, she is personable, kind and cares about her clients. It was a pleasure working with her.
