I was looking to return to my hometown upon retiring from federal service. This after being in the Mountain West for the last 30 years. I knew the geography but I wasn't familiar with the 2023 version of the Space Coast. That's where Jennifer stepped in. When looking for a condo to purchase, we submitted a request for more information after noticing a listing online that caught our interest. We received a response right away from Jen Harris. The condo was not completed yet so we would need to purchase without the normal walk-through, or gut-level response and inspections people generally rely on when purchasing a home. Jen provided background information on the builder and progress as well as the Covid-19 and supply chain difficulties the builder had faced, inviting us to do our own research as well. After some amount of consideration we decided to proceed. Jen was honest and realistic in guiding our expectations for completion, and was always available to answer questions. There were additional delays but she always kept us informed and found the answers to whatever questions we had. It was a long process, but she held our hand through it, and in addition to our professional relationship, we felt we had found a friend. Jen was a wonderful person to go through the home purchase process with and we would highly recommend her.
