Jennifer is the absolute best! I contacted her after I got pre-approved for a mortgage and the 1st day she sent me some listings, I found a house, went to see it, put in an offer, seller signed and we closed all within 30 days!! She is professional, always available to answer my questions and guided me through the entire process. It was the most pleasant experience with her as my guide. We sold our home in March 2022 using Jennifer Grieve of REMAX Legend. Jennifer gave us her invaluable knowledge on pricing in this market, which led to 32 offers in three days! Jennifer answered our questions about what we should do to appeal to more buyers. She advised, “Less is more;” clutter in closets, too much furniture for the space, or too many pictures on walls makes the house look smaller. Jennifer advised us to open our home for four consecutive days (Thursday – Sunday), from 9am until 9pm, allowing for continuous 30 minute showing segments. Jennifer sent a photographer to take beautiful pictures of our home, then she used all her resources in marketing and advertising to make sure everyone knew about our listing before it even went live. When it did go live, we were booked solid.
