Our family used Jennifer to purchase a new home. The experience was far from a good experience. She never answered the phone, sometimes it took 7 days to get a reply from her via phone or text. Her assistant was far more helpful, but even then it was limited. Its my personal belief that she keeps herself so busy with deals thats shes unable to commit to a level of detail and attention that is desirable. Our earnest money wasn't even applied to closing costs until the day prior to closing because she forgot, she also did not offer or even acknowledge the offer of a walk through before closing. Her negotiation skills were subpar, as the few things we asked for, she was against from the start, and we can't be sure she even tried. After talking to the previous owners of the house, they were worried the deal might fall through because they hadn't heard from her in over a week, and she wouldn't return their realtors phone calls or texts. This put undue stress on the seller's. Jennifer talks a strong game, however when it comes to brass tacks, she simply lacks. Based on our experiences, I cannot in good faith recommend her.
