Jennifer was a godsend! We have tried for a few years to purchase a home. With us being first time home buyers most realtors told us we couldn’t do it , and gave some excuse. Not Jennifer! She pushed, kept us in the loop with everything! Explained details, and was very understanding of our many questions! She became like family! By family I mean, she didn’t care that my kids were screaming while on the phone, or the 10pm email questions! She made it fun to view houses, pointed out the good and bad. Finally May 4th we closed on our forever home!

Jennifer is all the above, so I wont be repetitive. Her attention to details are wonderful. Jennifer knows a lot about home construction and heating, plumbing,electrical ,systems. Never to push a property, and is knows about repair costs. She immediately returns texts and all calls. This is somewhat rare in the service fields. She is always pleasant and I am so glad to have worked with her. I don't believe other agents would investigate so many abstract items that a seller could need for a decision. Most agents push to make a deal. Jennifer listens to a clients needs and never suggested something that was way different. I never wasted any time with her. The best agent I have ever worked with and I have worked with a lot of them. Her helpfulness in referrals to professional service companies have never been a disappointment. Jennifer has the expertise to suggest offers, and all offers are justified due to knowledge of the local areas.
