I can’t thank Jennifer enough. 1st for being my eyes and ears on the ground in the area, 2nd an excellent team player for helping me clean/tidy the property, and 3rd for calm head to gripe at with the chaos in the current market today for me being the seller and buyers. I bugged her continuously, and she never complained but rather the opposite always providing more info, for any inside scoop she had in regards to working with a difficult HOA/POA and them trying to change existing agreements with members in place. Then for her to put in the manual work of cleaning/tidying up my place for quick showings, since I live about 3.5 hrs away and could not make it back in time to clean, I feel was definitely going above and beyond. And, finally can’t thank her enough for keeping me calm and collected during the negotiation process when somethings were stressing me out.
