Our purchase of a home in Colorado was complicated in that we lived, and still live, over 1,200 miles away. We had to find a new home in a sellers' market and do so during several short visits to Colorado. Jen was very accessible at all times, by phone, text, or email, and she consistently made arrangements to meet our unusual situation. She was very familiar with the area and with the applicable real estate situation, procedures, and documents. She was, and is, always genuinely friendly. We had very particular requirements for a new home. She was patiently understanding when we rejected a number of possible listings. When talking with us, whether in person or by phone, she was always focused on us, willing to spend whatever time was necessary without making us feel like we were imposing. Most important, her website says that she will keep providing support even after a purchase or sale. That is not empty sales talk. We won't be able to move to Colorado for a couple months after our purchase. Well after closing, though, Jen is still working diligently to help us in our transition. We're confident that we can rely on her assurance that she will continue to be available for us if and when we need her. We would most definitely recommend Jen to others.
