As out of state buyers we needed to be able to depend on her to screen homes for us which she did through video tours. She stayed with us through a home selection, cold feet on that home purchase, a new build and then the sale of that home eight years later when we decided to move to Virginia. I have worked with Jen a couple of times now selling and buying homes. And quite honestly, I wouldn't work with anyone else. She is wonderful to work with and kept in touch with me throughout the entire process. She was also very easy to get ahold of, answering my questions readily either by text or phone call. I think realtors also have to wear a therapist hat, too, and she was great at alleviating my fears and the sometimes emotional roller coaster ride I found myself on. I cannot say enough good things about how wonderful Jenny is to work with! This is our 2nd transaction with Jenny and she just makes the whole experience effortlessly! When we had a hiccup she always jumped in immediately and resolved any issues so we did not have to do a thing! She follows up on everything and even after settlement she was in contact with us to check on how our settlement went in Florida. She is really a friend as much as our realtor. She considers each of her clients as family and takes care of us as if we were. If we ever sell our house in Florida I’ll have to figure out a way to move her here so she can be our realtor 😂.
