We used Jennifer to buy our home in Holly Springs in 2020 and then sell it again in 2022. She did an outstanding job both times. Our house purchase was quick and easy during a super hot market and she made sure we were well taken care of. The sale of the house was another story - we listed *right* after interest rates went up and wow, did we have to work to sell it. But Jennifer was ALWAYS responsive, creative, out-of-the-box thinking and persistent. We worked as a team and she was AWESOME. One of the best realtors we've ever worked with (and we've moved a lot!) Highly recommend!

Our experience working with Jennifer was extremely positive. We are not Americans and many things in the US real estate market have always perplexed us. Jennifer was nevertheless able to guide us through the process of selling our North Raleigh house in the best possible conditions. She was extremely professional, flexible, available and dedicated to answer all of our questions (and I am sure some were probably odd by American standards)! But Jennifer was not thrown off by any of it and she allowed us to successfully complete the sale with results that exceeded all of our expectations.
