We came to Jennifer with help completing two impossible tasks: Help us buy the house of our dreams, and help us sell the house that was no longer right for us. We lived in Toledo at the time. I missed wide open spaces and listening to songbirds in the morning, and my husband missed not having to drive almost an hour to get to his job. We found the house of our dreams before we had our house in Toledo on the market. We met Jennifer when we toured a beautiful home she had listed in Wood County. The house was perfect, the location for our jobs was perfect, and Jennifer was friendly and perfect. We made an offer on the Wood County home and knew we just had to ask Jen if she could help us sell the house in Toledo. When we did, she initially hesitated, as she didn't wish to be a dual agent. But so convinced of Jennifer's talent and integrity, my husband and I pressed, and she finally agreed, but only after making sure we understood the ramifications of dual agency. We had to sell the house in Toledo in order to pay for our dream home in Wood County. We had seven days to prepare and clean our old house. With Jennifer's constant help and reassurance, we got the house ready for sale. And sell it did, after less than two weeks. My husband and I were freaking out about inspections and closing dates and movers, but Jen kept her cool. She was our rock, our ally, our cheerleader, and never once did she let us down, and never once did she act without integrity and conviction. We moved to our new home around Christmas; we ate Christmas dinner at a Waffle House. Best Christmas Day ever! Jen was kind and gracious, and gave us beautiful, personalized housewarming and Christmas gifts Our lives improved greatly after we moved. We have birds and squirrels in our yard, and my husband received a promotion at work. We love our house and are looking forward to enjoying the Spring and Summer outdoors. We had previously worked with another realtor prior to working with Jen, and the Difference was night and day. Jen sat down with us to discuss our needs and wants from a house, she then worked tirelessly to find a great selection of homes and was flexible and willing to work with us, we are first time home buyers and at every step of the way she helped us with any questions we had an thoroughly explained each step of the process from start to finish and was never to busy to take any questions we had. She was Incredibly professional, kind, patient, and understanding. Shes a hard, dedicated worker who kept up to make sure they we met all the dead lines on time or ahead of schedule.
