Jennifer made the total process from listing to closing both smooth and easy. Even though I (the seller) live in N. Virginia, and the property was near Tampa, FL, the entire transaction could not have been easier. Jennifer used technology to facilitate document transfer and signing. She was always immediately available and responsive to calls. She was extremely helpful in the process getting the property repaired, cleaned and ready for sale. She offered good advice and mediation to close the deal. Given the listing coincided with the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic, the total process listing-to-closing was about 3 months -- obviously also with some good luck on my end.
