My husband and I were tenants at a property managed by Jennifer Chen of JChen Properties. She was very responsive to requests for repairs. She was also very fair with the return of our security deposit. She had met with us and went over what repairs needed to be done and we had the opportunity to do them ourselves. My husband and I would highly recommend her as a property manager.
