Nicole was outstanding, incredibly progressional and really handled the sale of my property with extreme care. She’s the first agent I’ve worked with who really strategized the market, and ensured she was at every showing with potential buyers to give them the history of the property, etc. When I decided I wanted to sell my property I researched properties that sold in my area quickly, I called her number when I saw she sold a property around the corner from me in 9 days. From day 1 of her visiting my property with comps, and strategy I knew she was the right fit. After her photographer came and took stellar photos, we had an offer within 8 days. She showed up for inspection, and even appraisal when she wasn’t required to because she wanted to help with Q&A from the buyers. It was a fantastic experience, and I certainly recommend Nicole to anyone thinking of selling their property!
