Nicole is smart, professional, very experienced, and especially on top of everything. I had a complex situation and Nicole was always available by phone and text. If she was in a meeting, she would let you know and call immediately afterward. She’s a people person, a great negotiator. Basically she has your back. I have had many real estate deals in the past. Nicole did a phenomenal job and I will certainly use her for any real estate dealings, and as a rental agent for my properties in the future. I am grateful to have met her.
