The best thing about my experience with Michelle Ayer was she took the burden of everything off of my shoulders and I didn't have to worry about anything. Michelle explained the steps to selling our house and made it easy to understand. We had a booklet made just for us with all the details that we needed to know, including market value of houses around us and what they sold for. She answered all of my questions in a timely manner.
