We recently sold a home we owned in Beulaville, NC. It had been a rental and was in rough shape. As an absentee owner, we needed someone who would go the extra mile to take care of things we were not there to oversee. We chose Michelle Loveland-Ayer to be our realtor. We had met with another realtor before meeting Michelle, but just weren't sure they would do a good job. We were so glad we chose Michelle. She was easy to work with on our cosmetic renovation to get the property ready for the market. We were on the same page when it came to carpet, paint, new appliances, etc. She found contractors and companies that did good quality work at reasonable prices. Michelle soft staged our property so it was very appealing. The property value analysis was right on the mark. We had 2 full price offers within 3 days of being on the market. So the house was priced right given the area and the currently higher interest rates. All of the paperwork was handled without a single glitch. We have bought and sold several houses in our lifetime, and we can honestly say, "This was one of the smoothest real estate transactions we have ever done."
