Jen is a hands on person who takes an interest in what your needs are and offers excellent help in your decision for the most important buying decision in your life. She is very knowledgeable of the inventory in the area and always available for all your questions and concerns. We were not available on the day of the inspection so Jen insured that all the right concerns were answered and the house was up to current codes . She also made sure we received names of contractors who recently did work at the house with material spec numbers in case we want to expand on the work areas. thank your Jen
