If you are an investor in Real Estate, Jennifer needs to be in your speed dial. I am an out of state investor who needed to get tenants in my duplex property that was under remodeling. Jennifer not only pre listed my units near the end of my remodel but also worked after hours with my contractor to make sure I not only had the right tenants but also the making sure the property was in the best shape for occupancy. She assisted my Spanish speaking tenants in both units through the electric and gas registration with the utility company. Then personally negotiating with the gas company to connect the services for both units the same day after I was told it couldn’t be done for several days, as an example of her dedication. She is very knowledgeable, prompt and professional. I have worked with many agents over the years, none as good as Jennifer.
