As first time homebuyers, we were incredibly lucky to have Jen. Her knowledge goes far beyond just the market and home buying process - she also taught us the ins and outs of home systems (HVAC, plumbing, etc) which was invaluable. She was always kind and patient, and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. And her interpersonal skills cannot be understated - she always made great connections with the selling agents, which definitely gave our offers an edge. I don’t think we ever would have gotten our current home without her.
