At first she simply asked that we let her know if she could be of help to us. Later that same day we discussed further. -Jen knows everything about Indiana. -Her friendly, not pushy personality makes her a very easy person to work with. -She efficiently steered us to the properties that would work the best for us. During the whole process she patiently answered every question and could always be reached easily. -Her list of professionals with multiple names in each specialty (i.e. lawyer, closing company, home inspector) was especially helpful because we didn’t have to spend hours searching. -Before I even thought to ask, Jen supplied us with all utility info. For one utility she even texted me a street view photo so I knew what to look for. Less than a month after that initial contact we had a deal, a new home that is perfect in many ways.
