My family needed a real estate agent in Tucson because my uncle died leaving a house to be sold across the country from our home in the Philadelphia area. My uncle had no spouse or children, and my mother and her family was his only family. Unfortunately, we live in the Philadelphia suburbs. After searching for a realtor to help us, and having negative experiences with several who thumbed their noses because the property had little value and therefore, potential commission, she found Jennie. Since we were in Philadelphia, and the house was not occupied, and needed work, we depended on Jennie to arrange for maintenance and repairs far beyond her job description. She did all of this gladly and quickly. There was a delay in our ability to list the house for sale, delaying the time she would earn a commission. No problem for Jennie. She priced the house right for sale and we received an offer for the asking price within two weeks of the initial listing. Negotiating the adjustments based upon the appraisal and inspection could have been stressful from a distance, but Jennie helped smooth out every problem.
