Jenna Hays

This was our first (and only) home buying experience. Jenna was recommended to us, and what a blessing it was. We love working with her. She is honest, understanding, and upfront about everything. When we were hard to deal with, she was very patient with us. When we were struggling, she was right there with and for us, talking either my husband or myself off the ledge. She gave tough love when needed as well! She fought for what was right for us and our new home, and worked diligently to accomplish these feats. Jenna would answer calls or questions, no matter what time of day/night. We recommended Jenna to my sister and her family, who are starting their first home buying experience. If you are buying a home, Jenna is your realtor! And IF she isn't, she should be!

Jenna was always available when we needed her. What is usually a long stressful process, she was able to make smooth, fast and easy with her willingness to help us understand the documents and flexible schedule to meet with us and chat when we needed help. 10/10
