Jenna was helpful in every aspect of the home-buying process. As a first time home-buyer this was deeply appreciated by me. From start to finish she walked me through the process and was always available to answer my questions. This was our first (and only) home buying experience. Jenna was recommended to us, and what a blessing it was. We love working with her. She is honest, understanding, and upfront about everything. When we were hard to deal with, she was very patient with us. When we were struggling, she was right there with and for us, talking either my husband or myself off the ledge. She gave tough love when needed as well! She fought for what was right for us and our new home, and worked diligently to accomplish these feats. Jenna would answer calls or questions, no matter what time of day/night. We recommended Jenna to my sister and her family, who are starting their first home buying experience.
