During our property search in Florida I was also selling a property in California and using the proceeds in a 1031 Exchange and this complicated process was managed by Jenn resulting in a successful close within the guidelines of the 1031 Exchange. Jenn actually engaged with local contractors for estimates on repair item’s as a result of a property inspection providing us with the information we needed to make a decision before we even asked - proving she is always one step ahead.
