Purchase and Sale

Purchase and Sale We have utilized Jeni's services when we purchased our home and 3 yrs later had to sell it. She was so patient as we looked at so many different types of homes in all kinds of bad weather!! She just smiled and said it was ok. The process of selling this Spring was crazy for everyone and Jeni and her staff did a great job at making it look easy and organized!! She gave us a small list of things we could do to improve the property which would help sell the house and also items to watch for when buying a house.
