We highly recommend Jenica for helping to secure a new home in the Sacramento area! We were from out of town and were referred to Jenica from another agent to help us find a new home. We told Jenica what we were interested in, and she gave us great recommendations and showed us dozens of homes over two weekends. Jenica coordinated a few offers we made including one that was accepted. Jenica also worked closely with the agent who was concurrently selling our previous home to ensure we could close escrow on that home with sufficient time to fund a new home in the Sacramento area--a complicated process. Jenica was extremely nice, receptive, professional, and seemed to have our best interests at heart. Our concurrent home purchase in the Sacramento area and sale of our previous home went smoothly, largely because of Jenica. Outstanding agent!
