This the second time I have hired Jenica Williams to sell a home for me. (See my post for the first house). Recently my mother passed away and I was the Trustee of her estate. I needed to sell two houses. Unfortunately the market was in a downturn. Both houses need to be fixed up before they could be sold. Jenica, my contractor and I, came up with a priority list of fixes that needed to be done. The goal of course was to maximize the money invested to get the best value out of that repair. I like Jenica’s approach with real estate. She is professional and will give you a straight answer, even if I did not like what she had to say. She kept it real with the values of the two houses. Her team marketed the house on several social media platforms and in print. We sold both houses in a downturn market. It took a few weeks for both houses to sell. (I compared my houses to other comps in the area. They took a few months to sell and they ended up with a couple of price drops before they sold.) I believe Jenica’s knowledge of what fixes help to sell a house and honest evaluation of the worth of the two homes put me in the best position to maximize my profits. As I wrote in my first evaluation, Bottom line is I RECOMMEND JENICA WILLIAMS and her team TO BUY OR SELL YOUR HOME. She is straight forward, no BS, and kind hearted. She knows how to get the job done.

I couldn’t of asked for more from Jenica and her team. I was moving from out of town and was not familiar with the area. Jenica was good showing me homes based on my criteria, as well as providing me lists. She is also a very good negotiator with the selling agents. From start to finish , even during the loan process , she can clearly explain details and be proactive. I had 1 1/2 months to be in my new home as I had already sold my previous. Now I’m loving it here in EDH!

Jenica was an absolute professional. Buying and selling a home in these current times was extremely stressful. She handled both transactions exceptionally well, was extremely responsive, professional and answered all of our questions. She showed up to appointments we didn’t expect her to as she likes to be there with her clients. We have already recommended her to another neighbor who wants to sell. Jenica’s team is also great and everyone was a joy to work with. You will not be disappointed working with Jenica and her team!
