We recently had the pleasure of working with Jenica to sell our house. We had just a few weeks before our big move out of state due to my husbands new job, and everything was down to the wire. We had very little time and we had never sold a house before. Jenica was 110% on top of things at all times, very professional, and made things so easy. She was available whenever we needed, answered all of my lengthy questions with confidence, and explained everything in great detail. She was available by phone, in person and through text messages - making communication so easy. She took the time and effort to make this such a smooth successful process. We felt as if we were her only clients (although I knew we weren’t) because she gave us that much dedication and focus.
