We offered a bid on a house. She represented the Seller. Jenica communicated with the seller promptly. She fielded all offers as expected. But within moments of getting the sellers reply, we would get a message or call from Jenica We asked questions, quite a few, and she would hunt down the answers. The Docusign email system was hard for me to piece together the status of all the legal documents, she spent all the time I needed to make it clear. After the Seller accepted our offer, over the other offers, she put on the hat legally, and usefully, as contract mediator. She represented what was ethical and legal, to make sure both seller and buyer intents were represented. If she couldn't clearly come up with an answer, she had a phone number, email, or website where I could get the details I was looking for. As a result, all the efforts from accepted offer, to getting the keys, took about 3 weeks. In this case, both Seller and Buyer were prepared and responsive. If closing takes more than 3 weeks, it isn't because of Jenica. Jenica is professional, prepared, knowledgeable, well connected with housing trades, active, focused, and .... appreciated.

Wow, I had high expectations for a realtor after watching all those HGTV shows. Jenica and her team exceeded them. We discussed the current market and what I wanted (to get the most money out of my house I could) I followed her suggestions on the improvements and tripled the money I spent on the improvements.
