All throughout the negotiations and closing Jenia quickly handled all the issues that have risen. When my husband and I started the process to find our home, Jenia was my first option to be our agent not only because I knew her but because I knew she was going to to an amazing job and she did it. Her confidence is what impressed me the most. She knew when was the right time to negotiate and we trusted her the entire time. We found our home very quickly but when it came time for financing we had some issues with the bank and Jenia was with us the entire time! So many times my husband and I were confused or worried but Jenia was always so confident and positive that we were going to get our house and that made us feel so much better. We had an easy time finding our home but where we ran into issues was with financing. My wife and I are first time homebuyers and were getting very overwhelmed by all the of the various forms and new jargon to learn when it comes to mortgages and speaking with the bank. Jenia helped mediate a lot of the conversations between us and the bank to make sure we fully understood where we were in the home-buying process. She communicated with us throughout the entire process and really felt that she had our back.
