When my husband and I started the process to find our home, Jenia was my first option to be our agent not only because I knew her but because I knew she was going to to an amazing job and she did it. Her confidence is what impressed me the most. She knew when was the right time to negotiate and we trusted her the entire time. We found our home very quickly but when it came time for financing we had some issues with the bank and Jenia was with us the entire time! So many times my husband and I were confused or worried but Jenia was always so confident and positive that we were going to get our house and that made us feel so much better. We had an easy time finding our home but where we ran into issues was with financing. My wife and I are first time homebuyers and were getting very overwhelmed by all the of the various forms and new jargon to learn when it comes to mortgages and speaking with the bank. Jenia helped mediate a lot of the conversations between us and the bank to make sure we fully understood where we were in the home-buying process. I suspect everybody has an aspect of their house purchase that makes it more complicated than usual but Jenia was truly great in our situation. We were relocating to the Cape from Europe and hadn't fully moved to the US yet which made some aspects of the purchase process a bit tricky. So we were touring houses for one or two days when we were visiting Massachusetts, Jenia always had nice places lined up in advance. We weren't really finding what we wanted but then she brought up this one house - kind of like the iconic Steve Jobs "One more thing..." - which was perfect! The rest of the process we always felt well informed and well taken care of. I would highly recommend her!
