About Jenette

Surf & Turf Properties is a husband-and-wife real estate team. Brian McGhee and Jenette Pavlak McGhee are North Carolina and South Carolina licensed real estate professionals. The couple met at a real estate workshop they both attended in Myrtle Beach. While both are competitive by nature, they decided to join forces both personally and professionally. The couple married in 2018 and are in a unique position to assist clients in both North and South Carolina. Jenette Pavlak McGhee fled the cold winters and high taxes of NJ, where she grew up, to enjoy the relaxed pace and coastal lifestyle of Myrtle Beach, SC. With a BS from the University of Rhode Island and an MBA, Jenette began her career in customer service and later managed a dental laboratory. Family is important and Jenette is grateful for the support of her family that encouraged her to follow her passion for real estate, where she can use her business skills and expertise to assist her clients in making their dream homes a reality. As an animal lover, Jenette supports many local and national animal Charities such as Kind Keeper Animal Rescue, and the ASPCA. Her rescued Shepherd mix and American Fox Hound love riding around town and going for walks on the beach. As much as she loves to travel and visit other parts of the world, she also knows there is no place like home, and that is the feeling of joy Jenette wishes for her clients.
