Jen was amazing to work with when we bought our house. She was a great listener, patient with our decision-making process (even when we changed our minds!), and fast to respond when we were ready to make a quick offer. When it came to negotiating, I very much trusted she had our best interest in mind and wasn't afraid to hold the line for us. I know who we'll work with next time we move!
